Where We Ship

We currently ship snack boxes within Canada and soon within the United States. We do not offer international or cross-border shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your box is shipped.

Shipping Times

Depending on your location, delivery may take:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days after shipping
  • USA: 3–8 business days after shipping

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders — no surprises at checkout!

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can re-ship once the correct address is confirmed or issue a refund, minus shipping and handling costs. For subscription orders, you may choose to have the returned box re-shipped or apply a credit toward your next scheduled delivery. Returned packages cannot be re-delivered from the original trip.

Subscriptions

Subscription boxes are shipped monthly based on your original order date. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal and a shipping confirmation once your box is on the way.

Third-Party Fulfillment

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners (3PL) in Canada and the US to ensure timely delivery and quality handling of your snack box.

Delivery Issues

If your box hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there’s an issue with your delivery (wrong address, lost package, etc.), please contact us at mail@joyofsnacks.com. We’re here to help!
