Their Story

Co-founded by Victor Courarie-Delage and Aaron Johnstone, Peacasa launched after they rediscovered the Mediterranean favorite “socca”—a chickpea flatbread—during travels. Inspired by that wholesome tradition, they spent a year perfecting a crispy chip recipe made from 100% chickpeas. When manufacturers told them it couldn’t be done without additives, they built their own facility to stay true to their vision. Today, Peacasa is a proudly Canadian brand.
