What is Joy of Snacks?

Joy of Snacks is a snack box subscription service that delivers high-quality, curated snack boxes. Whether it’s for yourself, your team, or someone you care about, each box is packed with delicious snacks designed to surprise and delight.

What kind of snacks do you include?

We include a rotating mix of tasty, energizing snacks — from sweet to savory, crunchy to chewy. We work with trusted brands and up-and-coming makers (especially smaller, independent creators!) to offer something fresh in every box.

Are your snacks healthy?

Many of our snacks are on the healthier side — think clean ingredients, high-quality sources, and balanced nutrition — but above all, we focus on snacks that taste amazing and bring a bit of joy. It’s about feel-good fuel with a little indulgence, too.

Subscription & Orders

How does the subscription work?

You choose your box size (Simple Joy, Shared Joy, or Supreme Joy), and we’ll send a curated selection of snacks each month — no hassle, just good snacks delivered to your door. Subscriptions renew monthly but can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime.

Can I order a one-time box instead of subscribing?

Yes! You can absolutely order a single box without subscribing. It’s perfect for trying us out, sending a gift, or treating yourself now and then — no commitment needed.

How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

You can manage everything from your account dashboard. Need help? Just reach out and we’ll take care of it for you — no hoops, no stress.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and soon to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free — always. It’s included in the price of every box, whether you’re subscribing or placing a one-time order.

When will my box arrive?

Boxes are shipped as soon as your order is received. You’ll get a tracking link when your order is on the way! Delivery time depends on your location, but most boxes arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping.

Gifting

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely — snack boxes make great gifts! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also include a gift message to make it extra special.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! There’s an option to add a personal note during checkout. We’ll send the message to your gift recipient along with their shipping and tracking information as a thoughtful surprise.

Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

We do! Whether you’re sending thank-you boxes to clients or treating your team, we make it easy to send joy at scale. Contact us for details or to request a quote.

Other Questions

I have a dietary restriction — can I still enjoy your boxes?

While we don’t currently offer fully customized boxes for specific dietary needs, many of our snacks are gluten-free, vegan, plant-based, or nut-free. We’re working on more options — stay tuned!
