Refund policy

At Joy of Snacks, your satisfaction means the world to us. While we can’t accept returns due to the perishable nature of our snack boxes, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

Perishable Items – No Returns

Because our snack boxes contain food items, we’re unable to accept returns. This helps us ensure the safety and freshness of every product we deliver.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your box arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to fix the issue — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

To report an issue, send us an email at mailmail@joyofsnacks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the box and any affected items (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can re-ship once the correct address is confirmed or issue a refund, minus shipping and handling costs. For subscription orders, you may choose to have the returned box re-shipped or apply a credit toward your next scheduled delivery. Returned packages cannot be re-delivered from the original trip.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
